Job summary
Flow Recruitment is assisting a client in appointing an Assistant Manager to lead a busy leisure/retail centre. You will coach the team on shift, ensuring outstanding service and maintaining high safety and standards across front and back of house.
The role is varied, with opportunities for development and progression. You will support the General Manager and help drive financial targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences.
- Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
- Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the team on shift to deliver outstanding service.
