Job summary

What you'll do as a Leisure Assistant

• Provide a friendly and professional experience for customers, delivering excellent customer care at all times.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers by following health and safety procedures and maintaining a vigilant approach across the centre.
• Support the supervision of activities and recreational sessions, helping to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.
• Set up, check and safely handle equipment to ensure activities can be delivered effectively.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
• Work closely with colleagues and management to support operational goals and continuously improve the customer experience.
