Away Resorts Ltd at Tattershall Lakes is seeking an experienced Sports and Leisure Manager to lead our pools, water sports and leisure facilities. Qualifications

• There’s plenty of training, but what we require you to already have:
• NPNQ and PPO qualifications are essential for this role.
• Strong people skills and guest-focused mindset are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of swimming pools, lake water sports, splash zone and leisure facilities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Schedule a full calendar of events across age groups and drive guest participation.
• Lead and develop a team of assistants, team leaders and lifeguards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Work weekends and bank holidays as part of a flexible shift pattern.
