Job summary

Away Resorts is seeking dynamic staff to supervise and secure safety in the leisure centre, especially the swimming pool area, while delivering the high standard of customer service our guests expect at Tattershall Lakes. You'll lead trained teams, assist the Leisure Manager, promote the centre, ensure cleanliness, safety, and cash handling in line with procedures.

Flexible, seasonal hours with weekend and bank holiday shifts, training provided, NPLQ and First Aid at Work are required or in

Qualifications

• Must hold NPLQ and First Aid at Work cert, plus COSHH experience.
• GCSE level or equivalent education is preferred.
• Desirable PPO, NPMQ, or Fire Warden training.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise the leisure centre and ensure safety of customers.
• Train and motivate on-duty staff to maintain high service levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the centre.
• Process financial transactions and bookings in line with regulations.
• Ensure emergency action plans are implemented when required.
• Support Centre Management with daily operations and events.
