Randstad on-site in Leicester seeks an Account Specialist to serve as the go-to face at one of our prestigious client sites. You will split time between face-to-face stakeholder engagement and keeping back-office systems running smoothly, ensuring every worker’s journey from day one to day end is organized and positive.

You’ll manage worker and client engagement, onboarding new starters, maintain accurate live data, handle employee relations processes, and report insights to the Account Manager

Mansioni

• Worker & Client Engagement: act as the primary face of the service and manage daily engagement.
• Onboarding Architect: ensure new starters have a strong start during their first weeks.
• System & Data Specialist: maintain accurate live data in our systems.
• Lifecycle & ER Management: check-ins, manage extensions, and oversee leaver processes.
• Account Knowledge Specialist: report insights to support growth and client relationships.
