Candidates should have excellent organisational and communication skills, experience in the water treatment sector, and be competent with Microsoft Office and CAD software. Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling the Engineers daily workload throughout the country.
  • Checking Legionella Risk assessments.
  • Completing and uploading reports.
  • Liaising with customers on a regular basis.
  • Dealing with internal and external databases.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Carrying out any other administrative duties as required.

Our client is a well-regarded company within the water treatment/water hygiene sector. Due to a recent expansion they are now looking to employ a highly-motivated and organised Water Treatment Administrator to join their busy office in and around the Grays area. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills gained through their previous office experience as well as experience of the water treatment / legionella sector. Applications from Dagenham, Romford, Basildon, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:
  • Good educational and water hygiene administrative background.
  • Experience in scheduling of engineers and site staff.
  • Checking and editing legionella risk assessments.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in project co-ordinator role beneficial.
