Qualifications

• City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments in water treatment or water hygiene.
• Detail-oriented with a compliance-focused mindset.
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01.
• Excellent IT literacy and experience with digital reporting systems.
• Ability to produce accurate schematic drawings and technical documentation.
• Clean UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legionella risk assessments to high professional standards.
• Use digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data.
• Produce schematic drawings and maintain compliance records.
• Provide practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver expert service.
• Support delivery to meet contractual and compliance commitments.
• Conduct assessments in line with ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01.
