Marlowe Environmental Services, part of Mitie, is seeking a skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our specialist team in Salisbury. The role involves delivering quality Legionella risk assessments, using digital tools, and producing clear recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments in water hygiene/water treatment.
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01 frameworks.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legionella risk assessments to high professional standards.
• Utilise digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data efficiently.
• Produce schematic drawings and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Provide practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.
• Build strong client relationships through expert service.
• Support operational delivery to meet contractual and compliance commitments.
• Conduct assessments in line with ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01 guidance.
