Job summary

Marlowe Environmental Services, part of Mitie, is seeking a skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our specialist team in Salisbury. You will deliver compliant risk assessments across diverse client environments, applying industry best practices and rigorous reporting standards.

You will use digital tools to capture data, produce drawings, and maintain records, while delivering practical recommendations to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments in water hygiene.
• Detail oriented compliance professional focused on delivering value beyond compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01.
• Excellent IT literacy and experience using digital reporting systems.
• Ability to produce accurate schematic drawings and technical documentation.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Conduct assessments in line with ACOP L8 (4th Edition), HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01 guidance.
