Marlowe Environmental Services (Part of Mitie) is seeking a skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team in Salisbury. You will deliver high-quality risk assessments and use digital tools to capture and report data, with a focus on compliance and risk reduction.

The role involves producing schematic drawings, maintaining records, and delivering practical recommendations to clients while upholding safety and service excellence across assignments.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments in water hygiene/treatment
• Detail-oriented compliance professional focused on value beyond compliance
• Strong knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1, HTM 04-01
• Excellent IT literacy and experience with digital reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legionella risk assessments to high professional standards
• Use digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data
• Produce schematic drawings and maintain accurate compliance records
• Provide practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction
• Build strong client relationships through expert service
• Support operations to meet contractual and compliance commitments
• Conduct assessments per ACOP L8 (4th Edition), HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1:2019, HTM 04-01
• Promote safety, accountability and operational excellence
