Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to cover a range of commercial and local authority sites in the Nottingham area. The role involves conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems, producing thorough technical reports and bespoke schematic drawings, and advising clients on remedial works and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing, be confident with PDA-based reporting,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience conducting Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Confident using a PDA to complete reports.
• Flexible to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems.
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Compiling findings to produce site-specific technical reports.
• Creating bespoke schematic drawings.
• Providing advice to clients on remedial works and ongoing compliance.

Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Nottingham, East Midlands

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company growth, our client is seeking a qualified Legionella Risk Assessor to cover a range of commercial and local authority sites. This company holds a national presence and provides the full range of water hygiene, legionella and remedial services to their clients, so there are excellent opportunities for cross-training. Applicants must have experience with domestic hot and cold water systems as a minimum. You will be operating independently on site and will be responsible for producing thorough technical reports and schematic drawings. Salaries and benefits on offer are competitive.

Experience / Qualifications:

The Role:

• Conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
• Compiling findings to produce site-specific technical reports
• Creating bespoke schematic drawings
• Providing advice to clients on any required remedial works and ongoing compliance
• Working to company performance targets
• Performing some water hygiene duties when needed, including: showerhead descales, TMV servicing and outlet flushing
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
