Future Select Limited is seeking a knowledgeable Lead Legionella Risk Assessor to join our growing team. You will bring a proven track record in legionella risk assessments, audit completed works, and oversee a team to deliver projects for diverse clients.

You will work with clients to resolve issues, maintain strong relationships, and ensure reports and drawings meet industry guidelines. The role covers domestic hot and cold water systems, training, and performance reviews while keeping

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor Supervisor.
• Hold City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Proven experience leading / overseeing teams.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing successful completion of Legionella Risk Assessments within a successful company.
• Auditing and quality checking completed reports.
• Providing training and support to Legionella Risk Assessors.
• Carrying out performance reviews with Risk Assessors.
• Conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Troubleshooting issues on site.
• Creating detailed risk assessment reports and schematic drawings.
• Ensuring works are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and will be confident in communicating with clients and colleagues to resolve issues and deliver projects.
