Job summary

Future Select Limited in the South East England is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the region, based in Luton. You will carry out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and identify remedial works while ensuring compliance with ACOP L8 and HSG 274.

You must hold City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing and be able to produce detailed reports and drawings.

Qualifications

• Extensive Legionella Risk Assessor experience.
• City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Good knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a professional Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the South East of England. Our client is seeking someone who has versatile industry knowledge to commence with vigour to work across a mixed portfolio of sites. Ensuring a high level of service to clients and providing technical reports and schematic drawings. Experience / Qualifications

• Extensive experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Essential to be qualified with the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Persevering and enthusiastic
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Adaptable to travel as per company requirements

The Role
