Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the South East of England, with a salary of £26k-£40k DOE. The role includes producing technical reports and drawings, and providing client updates.

Location focus includes Luton and surrounding towns; travel across multiple sites is expected. Company vehicle and training opportunities are provided as part of a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• Essential to be qualified with the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Persevering and enthusiastic.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Adaptable to travel as per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Identifying required remedial works and compliance risks.
• Producing detailed technical reports and schematic drawings.
• Showerhead descales.
• Providing updates and technical advice directly to clients.
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring.

We are recruiting for a professional Legionella Risk Assessor to cover sites across the South East of England. Our client is seeking someone who has versatile industry knowledge to commence with vigour to work across a mixed portfolio of sites. Ensuring a high level of service to clients and providing technical reports and schematic drawings.
