Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our Midlands team, covering Coventry and nearby areas. The role focuses on assessing domestic hot and cold water systems, producing detailed reports, and delivering site-specific recommendations.

You will work across commercial, domestic and public sector premises, travel as required, and benefit from training and a supportive environment with a company vehicle included.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Strong communication, literacy and numeracy
• Proficient using IT software

Responsibilities

• Performing thorough Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
• Working across commercial, domestic and public sector premises
• Compiling findings into thorough technical reports
• Creating site-specific schematic drawings
• Making tailored recommendations for remedial works
• Contacting clients to provide technical advice
• Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
• Travelling in line with company needs

Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £40k + Training & Benefits

A growing name within the Legionella / Compliance industry is recruiting for Legionella Risk Assessor in the Midlands region. As a minimum, you will have experience with domestic hot and cold systems, but it would be advantageous to have experience with process systems also. Our client is a medium-sized outfit who provide full water hygiene / legionella management services, and can support exciting cross-training opportunities into these areas. Applicants must be confident in producing detailed technical reports independently. Salaries and packages on offer are attractive, and include the use of a company vehicle.

Experience / Qualifications
