Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to cover Enfield and surrounding areas. You will assess domestic hot and cold water systems across commercial, residential and industrial premises, and produce technical reports with clear recommendations.

A company vehicle and excellent training are provided. The role requires strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274, plus City & Guilds WMSoc Legionella qualifications and solid IT/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience conducting Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic water systems.
• Must hold City & Guilds WMSoc Legionella Risk Assessments qualification.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT software and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments across client sites.
• Highlight risks and provide recommendations to clients.
• Create site-specific technical reports.
• Produce detailed schematic drawings.
• Some water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with clients and train new team members.

Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Enfield, Greater London

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £45k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company growth, our client is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor, who can hit the ground running. You will be performing risk assessments on predominantly domestic hot and cold water systems, across commercial, residential and industrial premises. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and successful outfit, who specialise in Water Treatment and Legionella services. Ideally, you will be based with good access to the M25 for easier travel across the region. Salaries and benefits packages on offer are attractive, and includes the use of a company vehicle and excellent training.

You will be travelling across: Enfield, Cheshunt, Epping, Harlow, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Watford, Stevenage, Harrow, Wembley, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Slough, Bracknell, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Epsom, Mitcham, Sutton, Croydon, Woking, Guildford, Redhill, Caterham, Oxted, Sevenoaks, Erith, Dartford, Gravesend, Grays, Tilbury, Romford, Ilford, Barking.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong experience conducting Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
• Must hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessments
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Good client-facing skills
• Proficient using IT software
• Good literacy and numeracy skills

The Role:
