Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
• City & Guilds (WMSoc) Legionella Risk Assessing is essential.
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Persevering and enthusiastic.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Adaptable to travel as per company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems.
• Identify required remedial works and compliance risks.
• Produce detailed technical reports and schematic drawings.
• Perform showerhead descales.
• Provide updates and technical advice to clients.
• Conduct ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring.

Experience / Qualifications
