Flexible Solutionz Limited in Liverpool city centre is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge legal teams, IT and business, ensuring case management systems run smoothly and compliantly. You will gather requirements, map workflows, act as product owner for Proclaim and Toca, run testing and UAT, and build dashboards with Power BI to track SLAs and KPIs, while driving GDPR and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm or regulated environment.
• Understanding of legal workflows (PI, credit hire, litigation, conveyancing or commercial).
• Process analysis and documentation (BPMN, user stories, functional specs).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and map end-to-end legal workflows.
• Turn legal and operational needs into clear functional and technical specs.
• Act as product owner or SME for Proclaim and Toca platforms.
• Test features, integrations and releases, and run UAT.
• Build MI/BI reports and dashboards for SLAs and KPIs.
• Design leaner processes and support Power Platform automation.
• Ensure GDPR, SRA and governance compliance.
• Run workshops, deliver training and present business cases.
