Job summary

Bond Turner Limited is seeking a Legal Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between legal teams, IT and business stakeholders. You will optimise legal processes, case management workflows and digital tools while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

You will capture requirements, analyse workflows, and translate them into clear technical specifications. You will support change projects, run stakeholder workshops, and help deploy low-code automation using Power Platform and related tools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with legal teams, IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Ability to map end-to-end legal workflows including litigation, onboarding and billing processes.
• Experience producing functional specs, user stories and UAT artefacts.
• Knowledge of CMS/DMS systems and legal workflow automation is desirable.
• Familiarity with SRA rules and UK GDPR compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with fee earners, support teams, and department heads to capture requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Map and analyse end-to-end legal workflows and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Lead or support change projects including documentation, UAT, training and go-live.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and present solution proposals or impact assessments.
