Abri is seeking a Legal Team Administrator to support the team in Yeovil or Eastleigh. The role involves maintaining case management systems, collating disclosure documents, and assisting with property transactions.
You’ll join a busy, values-led team, with in-office work three days a week and remote work for the remaining two days. Strong organisation and teamwork are essential for success.
You'll give a high level of service and support to colleagues and stakeholders by carrying out all the administrative work the Legal Team needs, accurately and on time. That might mean maintaining the case management systems for all legal casework, collating disclosure documents so we can respond under the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Condition claims, or helping with property transactional matters. Whatever the task, you'll play a key role in supporting the team. You'll join a team that's passionate about doing the right thing. You'll work with colleagues across a diverse organisation, helping to find solutions and make a real difference. We're looking for someone who excels at managing a busy workload, is organised, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses great communication skills (we love teamwork!). Experience in an administrative role is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn go a long way. You'll be based either at our Yeovil (BA22 8WN) or Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) office, and we ask that you're in the office at least three days a week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. For the other two days, you can work wherever suits you best, whether that's at another of our offices or at home. We'll be holding interviews on Tuesday, 24 November 2026 at Abri's Yeovil office (BA22 8WN). Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England. We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms? We're investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.
