Job summary

Pertemps Southwest & Wales is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our South Wales team. You will manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, while liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, established team.

Salary: up to £55,000 DOE

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

You will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients throughout the conveyancing process.
