Residential Conveyancer – Exciting Opportunity

Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

One of the fastest growing law firms in Wales have who are an established and growing law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and professional property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional to manage their own caseload, deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the continued success of a busy residential property department.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service throughout.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other relevant parties.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title and other conveyancing documentation.
• Conducting title investigations and raising and responding to enquiries.
• Ensuring all transactions comply with relevant legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Providing regular updates to clients and proactively progressing matters to completion.

About You

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively in a busy environment.
• A proactive, professional and commercially aware approach.
• A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
