Pertemps seeks a Residential Conveyancer in South Wales to manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction through completion. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, liaising with clients and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2-3 years' conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to your work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, established team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
