Meriden Media in South Wales is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a close-knit team. You will manage a full conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, with a strong focus on client care.

The role offers Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, ongoing training and development, an annual performance bonus, and a benefits package. Salary up to 55,000 DOE with long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2-3 years' conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
