About the Role

As a Legal Resourcer / Associate Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Headhunting and sourcing suitable candidates for clients' recruitment needs.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through detailed interviews.
• Using social media and job boards to identify talent.
• Expanding candidate pools via referrals and executive search methods.
• Generating leads and market insights.

Pay range, compensation, and benefits

• Basic salary £28,000 - £32,000 with an OTE of £50,000 in the first year.
