About the Role

Your responsibilities as a Legal Resourcer / Associate Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment needs.
• Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews.
• Using social media and job boards to identify talent.
• Expanding candidate pools through referrals and executive searches.
• Generating leads and market intelligence.

Pay Range, Compensation, and Benefits

• Basic salary £28,000 - £32,000 with an OTE of £50,000 in the first year
• Non-threshold commission structure enabling earning commissions from the first placement
