Your responsibilities include:

• Headhunting and sourcing suitable candidates for clients' recruitment needs.

Pay Range, Compensation, and Benefits

• Basic salary: £28,000 - £32,000 with OTE of £50,000 in the first year.
• Non-threshold commission structure enabling earning from the first placement.
