The Role

• Drive business development initiatives across the North West legal market
• Build and maintain relationships with prestigious law firms across Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and surrounding areas
• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for qualified lawyers across all levels
• Develop creative headhunting strategies to source passive candidates
• Contribute to the company's market-leading position in legal recruitment

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven track record in legal recruitment or demonstrable success in professional services recruitment
• Strong business development experience with evidence of winning new clients
• Excellent understanding of the North West legal market, particularly private practice
• Outstanding relationship building and networking abilities
• Commercial acumen and the ability to spot market opportunities
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Location & Working Pattern

• Based in our Preston city centre office
• Full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday)
• Hybrid working not available for this position
