Job summary

Intropic is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to support negotiations and contracting across customers and data suppliers. This role sits at the intersection of law and strategy in a fast-growing AI-enabled contracting operation.

You will work directly with the founders, building playbooks, templates, and processes to streamline routine deals while focusing on high‑impact edge cases. A degree in law and strong communication are essential for success in this flat, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and team communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Driven to move quickly through a high-volume of commercial work.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements across the full range (order forms, master/framework agreements, data licensing agreements, NDAs).
• Apply and develop negotiation techniques and economic principles to construct mutually beneficial deals.
• Build and refine contracting playbooks and template agreements using AI tooling and platforms.
• Enable commercial and sales teams to self-serve on standard agreements by making the playbooks simple and robust.
• Represent Intropic externally — on calls, in writing, and face to face.
