Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in-house experience in technology transactions is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical abilities and legal expertise are expected.
• Experience with technology contracts and data guidelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios.
• Create evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance on contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams on data guidelines.
• Provide expert feedback to improve model performance and precision.
• Negotiate tech-focused contracts, including technology transactions.
