Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an in-house technology transactions lawyer to negotiate and redline contracts, focusing on MSAs, NDAs and DPAs. You will evaluate AI-driven contract scenarios and develop frameworks to measure AI performance in legal tasks.

You will collaborate with product and research teams to align data guidelines, provide expert feedback, and maintain precise written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and legal expertise in technology contracts.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation in law and technology.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.
