A Manchester-based law firm is seeking a Client Services Executive to join its busy Client Services team. You will be the first point of contact for new clients, representing the firm and upholding high standards of service during onboarding.

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries across channels, recording details in case management software, and coordinating with legal teams to route inquiries efficiently. Prior experience in client-focused roles is desirable.

The Role

The Client Services team forms a crucial bridge between clients and the firm's legal teams. As the first point of contact, this team is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to legal support.

As a Client Services Executive, you'll be the face of the firm to new clients, representing its values and maintaining high standards of service throughout the onboarding process.
