Job summary

Fletchers Solicitors Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Team member to support clients during the initial sign-up process and ensure excellent customer service. The role focuses on onboarding clients, daily client communications, and collaboration with the legal team to progress cases.

The position operates on a 35-hour week with an initial in-office training period followed by hybrid working. A positive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Call centre or customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients daily via phone and email.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of claims process for Personal Injury.
• Understanding funding and insurance information.
• Progressing cases with the legal team.
• Amend sign up forms as required.
• Enter accurate information into Proclaim file management system.
• Monitor own task list and chase client for instructions.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by Team Leader or Head of Department.
