Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role.
• Awareness of AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict search requirements.
• Knowledge of client and matter onboarding processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and onboarding systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end client and matter onboarding, ensuring AML, CDD, sanctions and conflict checks are completed accurately.
• Serve as a key point of contact for fee earners, secretaries and support teams within a centralised onboarding function.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and regulatory compliance in onboarding files.
• Support continuous improvements in onboarding processes and policy adherence.
