Legal Cashier Position

Legal Cashier is sought to join a growing and busy high street private practice with multiple offices in East Anglia. The ideal candidate will seek a role offering daily variety and will support a friendly finance department to ensure smooth daily accounts operations.

This key position works alongside an experienced Head of Accounts and other Legal Cashiers, encompassing responsibilities such as:

1. Reconciling Bank Accounts Daily
2. Setting up CHAPS and BACS payments
3. VAT recording and VAT returns
4. Month-End, Year-End, and various reports and procedures
5. Managing Debit and Credit Card Payments
6. Petty Cash Management

We prefer candidates with a solid understanding of legal account rules and experience in a similar role. However, we are open to accounts assistants eager to develop their skills.
