As a Legal Assistant, you'll be assisting the team with housing management cases, including civil injunctions and possession claims, while fostering strong collaboration between internal stakeholders and external legal partners. We'd love to hear from anyone with a background as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Housing Support Worker, or experience in civil litigation, housing law, or legal support, especially if you're passionate about providing legal assistance in housing management.
Ideally, you will have worked in a civil litigation environment, with exposure to civil drafting and housing law. Experience in housing management or supporting legal teams in tenancy‑related cases is a plus.
2:1 Law degree and practical experience in a legal setting, OR LPC-qualified or equivalent.
This role is based in Birmingham, Edgbaston, with some travel required to attend court hearings or meetings with external legal partners. The city is well‑connected, making travel between locations straightforward.
