Job summary

ON SITE RESOURCING LIMITED is seeking a Construction Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role based in Leeds. You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure work is delivered to required quality standards.

You will monitor project progress, supervise site personnel and subcontractors, and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role also supports project control activities, tracks milestones and budgets, and reports status

Qualifications

• Experience in leading site teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety practices and regulations.
• Experience delivering projects to quality standards.
• Budgeting and cost tracking capabilities.
• Educational background in construction management or related field advantageous.
• Health and safety certifications (CSCS, SMSTS) beneficial.
