Job summary

Rogers McHugh in Leeds is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office fit-out project in Leeds. The role requires delivering on time, within budget and to high standards, with a focus on safety, quality and coordination across trades.

You will lead site operations, manage subcontractors, monitor progress and report to project managers, clients and design teams, adapting to tight deadlines on a fast-paced interior fit-out.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on CAT B office fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes and sequencing.
• Valid certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, and Asbestos Awareness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with programme
• Maintain high standards of quality control and finishing
• Manage site health & safety, including RAMS and compliance
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams
• Monitor progress and provide regular site reports
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
