Job summary

Optio Resourcing is seeking a Site Manager for retail fit-out projects in Leeds and Yorkshire. Lead on-site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain H&S and RAMS across active schemes, ensuring shop-fit projects meet programme deadlines.

You will work closely with clients and site teams, driving quality standards and efficient site logistics while travelling across Yorkshire as required.

Qualifications

• Solid retail construction/fit-out site management experience.
• Strong communicator with ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel across Yorkshire and manage on-site teams.

Optio Resourcing is partnering with a retail fit-out contractor to appoint a Site Manager for projects across Leeds and Yorkshire.

The Role

• Leading on-site delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes
• Managing subcontractors, programme, and site logistics
• Building strong working relationships with client and site teams
• Maintaining quality, H&S, and RAMS compliance throughout
• Delivering projects to programme within live retail environments

About You

• Solid retail construction/fit-out site management experience
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White/Gold), and First Aid at Work essential
• Strong communicator, comfortable managing pressured programmes
• Full UK driving licence, willing to travel across Yorkshire
