Job summary

Headley Professional Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager in Leeds for a main contractor working on construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the north of England.

You will manage project teams, produce project plans and programmes, liaise with clients and suppliers, and oversee subcontractor selection while ensuring financial targets and safety standards are met. Bid and tendering experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects including new builds and refurbishments.
• Ability to plan, programme and manage multiple projects.
• Strong client liaison and communication skills.
