Net Temps is seeking an Administrator for a Leeds-based construction site. You will greet visitors, sign in and out, manage diaries and set up meeting rooms, while keeping filing systems updated and handling deliveries.

This on-site role requires construction-site administration experience, a verifiable working reference, and the right to work in the UK. The position is fixed-term for 10 months at £14.50 per hour, with confidentiality and security of sensitive information a daily responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist site team and other site administrator.
• Greet visitors on site, sign visitors in and out.
• Diary keeping and setting up meeting rooms.
• Order stationary and cleaning products for the site office.
• Maintain and update filing systems.
• Recording documents (eg. delivery notes).
• Allocate mail and correspondence to the correct staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
