Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years' PQE with experience ideally within Infrastructure, Projects & Energy, Corporate/M&A or Commercial Contracts background.
• Strong technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation, and interpretation of complex contracts.
• Be inquisitive and want to understand clients, their drivers and what matters to them, so that advice has quality, imagination and impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on transport, energy and social infrastructure matters within the Leeds IP&E team.
• Support procurement, project development, M&A and public procurement initiatives for energy and infrastructure clients.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, client service, and continuous professional development.
