Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds or Manchester is recruiting a 4-6 PQE non-contentious Construction Associate to join our market-leading team. You’ll work on UK and international projects spanning energy, renewables, utilities, data centres and major infrastructure, with direct client exposure and early responsibility.

You will draft and negotiate JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke contracts, advise on procurement strategies, risk allocation and project documentation, and help develop the practice while

Qualifications

• 4-6 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support workstreams on major UK and international construction projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of project documentation including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke contracts.
• Provide strategic commercial and risk allocation advice to diverse clients.
• Take ownership of matters, manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team know-how and training.
