Addleshaw Goddard in Manchester and Leeds is seeking a 4-6 PQE non-contentious Construction Associate to join our Manchester or Leeds team. You will work on UK and international projects in energy, renewables, utilities and infrastructure, with exposure to data centres and development work.

You will draft and negotiate contracts (JCT/NEC/FIDIC), advise on procurement and risk, and help mentor junior colleagues while developing client relationships across a broad range of high-profile mandates.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
• Experience with JCT, NEC, FIDIC contracts.
• Strong drafting, analytical and matter management skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and business development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support workstreams on major UK and international construction and infrastructure projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate project documentation (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, etc.).
• Provide strategic commercial, procurement and risk allocation advice.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team know-how and training.
