QC Legal in Leeds is seeking a solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join the Infrastructure, Projects & Energy practice. You will advise on major national infrastructure and energy projects, drafting commercial agreements and supporting procurement and development work.

Qualifications

• A qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in infrastructure, projects & energy, commercial contracts or corporate.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience handling complex agreements.
• Interest in infrastructure, energy or transport sectors and the legal frameworks for major projects.
• Exposure to project development, M&A or public procurement would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on major nationally significant infrastructure and energy projects.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and procurement documents.
• Support project development, regulatory and cross-border matters as needed.
