You will lead workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, and use people analytics to inform decisions, while ensuring compliance and CIPD standards. Chartered CIPD membership is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
• Strong ability to build credible relationships, coach leaders and influence stakeholders to drive business performance.
• Experience across employee relations, performance management, talent development, organisational development and change management.
• Commercially minded with solid business acumen and proficient in people data and insights.

• Act as strategic partner to senior leaders, providing expert people advice and insights.
• Develop and implement people strategies aligned to business priorities and growth.
• Support workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Provide coaching on performance management, development and leadership capability.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters, investigations and risk management.
• Lead organisational design and change management initiatives with stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
