Job summary

Britvic plc is seeking a Field-Based Technical Services Representative to install, service and repair our soft drinks equipment across customer sites in Leeds. You’ll deliver a professional visit, share tips on optimal serving and ensure compliance with safety standards.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, work with a company van, and cover some weekends/bank holidays as needed, with a strong focus on first-time fixes, customer satisfaction and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Experience with drink dispense equipment or similar tech; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Leeds.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, aiming for first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
• Provide technical advice and support to improve equipment uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for customer visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing a high-quality service experience.
