Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Technical Services Representative for a field-based role covering customer sites across Leeds. You will install, maintain and repair soft drinks equipment, ensuring high-quality service and first-time fixes where possible.

You will be trained comprehensively and supported continually, with a strong emphasis on safe working practices and excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Experience with drink dispense equipment or similar technical equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage your own schedule with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Leeds.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
• Provide technical advice and support to improve equipment uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for customer visits.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing an high-quality service experience.
