Job summary

Britvic is seeking a Technical Services Representative to install, service and repair soft drinks equipment across Central London and the M25 corridor. You will visit a variety of customer sites, delivering expert service and advice to maximise equipment uptime.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, a 42-hour week on a 4-week rota, and a competitive package including a company bonus and pension enhancements. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Experience with drink dispense equipment or similar technical/mechanical equipment is desirable; full training will be provided.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across Central London (M25 corridor).
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
• Provide technical advice and support to maximise equipment uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for customer visits.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing an excellent service experience.
