Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Field-based Technical Services Representative to service and repair beverage dispensing equipment across Guildford, Swindon, Oxford, Reading and surrounding areas. You will install, maintain and fault-find on a variety of equipment, providing practical guidance to customers and ensuring high-quality service.

The role includes comprehensive training, a company van, and a strong focus on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Company van is provided for business use.
• Experience with drink dispense equipment desirable; full training provided.
• Able to diagnose and repair technical issues and communicate effectively.
• Strong customer service and ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, diagnose and repair drink dispense equipment at customer sites across M3/M4 corridor.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs with first-time fix where possible.
• Educate customers on equipment operation and best practices.
• Provide technical advice to maximise equipment uptime and performance.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Manage van stock, tools and parts for visits.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service.
